There’s no denying it: Math is one of those subjects that almost every student struggles with at some point during their school years. Even if a student is understanding the concepts during the time they are being taught, they may forget them over time and struggle with the next year’s curriculum.

To ensure the retention of math concepts learned, it is very helpful for students to review the material from their previous grade year and solidify their understanding. Doing so will increase their math confidence and set them up for math success in the next grade level.

How We Help

Our math overview courses were designed to teach the most important concepts of the Ontario Mathematics curriculum for each grade level. These courses are an ideal back-to-school review in preparation for the next grade and are taught by OCT-certified teachers. Each overview course increases confidence with key skills in a supportive small group environment. Students will also learn time management, organization, and note-taking strategies and receive optional homework exercises to practice concepts at home.
